Anyone can make nominations, including carers, family members and colleagues of occupational therapists. The award is open to any practising occupational therapist, regardless of their place of work or clinical speciality.
The annual awards scheme has been run since 2002 to recognise occupational therapists who go ‘above and beyond the call of duty’, and to promote the profession.
