Professional Resources
BAOT/COT provides resources relating to all areas of occupational therapy practice and professional development
This section provides a range of practice and CPD resources such as briefings and the Interactive Learning Opportunities Database (ILOD) to support your journey from student, to new graduate and consultant OT.
The Areas of Practice section contains detailed information on long term conditions, mental health, older people and personalisation which will be of interest to service commissioners as well as occupational therapists.
These professional resources support the development of knowledge, skills and behaviours that promote and protect the wellbeing of service users, their carers, and the reputation of employers and the profession.
BAOT members also have access to a dedicated professional enquiries service and a wide range of industrial relation services provided by UNISON.
