The Challenge
John * lives with his small friendly little dog in a ground floor flat, he was struggling to manage the 3 steps to get out of his home and had difficulty answering the door too.

The Change
I worked with John and his Housing provider to arrange for a new wider doorway to the front of his home to be fitted with level access leading to the public foot path.
The Impact
John is more independent and less vulnerable to intruders. John requested help on social media, he now has a sturdy bench gifted to him and he regularly sits outside with his dog greatly increasing his social interaction and improving his mood.
