The Challenge
Mrs Smith was in hospital and could no longer walk or stand. She was worried she would be unable to return home to be with her husband who she loved very much. Mr Smith was lonely at home and missed his wife .
The Change
I visited Mr Smith at home and together we worked out a way of changing things around to fit in a hospital bed and a hoist.
The Impact
Mrs Smith returned home to the care and support of her husband
