The Challenge
Sarah was a very independent lady aged 97 yrs. She had a routine of making a cup of tea at 3am every night. She found that she was unsteady at night when carrying the tray from one room to another.
The Change
We introduced a simple trolley to avoid spillage which enabled her to carry on doing what was important to her.
The Impact
Sarah could continue to have her tea in the night as she had done for years and found it settled her at night after she had a cup of tea. She felt safer and more confident. Small change has made a big impact to this lady to live independently.
