A service user with a learning disability who felt isolated and misunderstood within her supported living environment. She wanted to achieve but had no idea how to reach her potential.

A confident, motivated individual who was able to look after her own longer term health needs and avoid hospital admission. Improved mood, self care, routine and general health. She now volunteers, supporting others with her own unique approach.
