Long term conditions email network

This network has been set up for BAOT/COT members working with people with long term conditions

You may be aware of other e-mail networks run by COT, which include mental health, learning disabilities, vocational rehabilitation, telehealth/telecare and the social services network.
The aims of this network include:

• providing members working with people with long term conditions the opportunity to share ideas, queries and best practice
• informing members about relevant activities and information
• enabling members to communicate with relevant COT officers and share current activities, developments and concerns
• encouraging members to participate in influencing events, presentations, workshops and government led policy developments and initiatives
