*Travel Expenses
|
The Royal College will meet travel expenditure for members. When booking travel to attend, if the cost will exceed £100, please give a courtesy call to Olivia Lokko, Region Membership Administrator (020 3141 4668) to discuss. As with all member training events, we ask that you please keep travel costs to a minimum by booking in advance wherever possible. Please keep all receipts as expenses cannot be paid without production of a receipt; expense forms will be available on the day to reclaim your travel expenses. Expense claims must be submitted for payment within 3 months of being incurred. Claims for expenses outside this period will be rejected. We would like to stress that to enable as many individuals to attend these and future training sessions, the cheapest fare possible is to be booked. |
