Please come and join in a workshop that will focus on managers improving confidence in tackling conversations around reported Equality, Diversity and Inclusion incidents within the workplace.
Hosted by Simone Welch, Senior Occupational Therapist in Stroke, Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust, we will explore some of the underpinning theories of discrimination and incident reporting culture.
This interactive workshop includes case scenario discussion on real life anonymous incidents that have been reported to the team. Through this discussion the barriers to reporting and actions will be explored. It will also explore existing support resources and conclude with a co-production reflection on how support could be improved. Outcomes will anonymously be reported back to the RCOT team to help shape future direction.
