The College of Occupational Therapists' Library is the national collection of occupational therapy literature in the UK. This unique specialist collection of materials and resources exists to support the work and study of members.
Keep up to date with the latest research: important new document supply service launched for BAOT members
BAOT members now have access, through the COT document supply service, to over 260,000 journal titles available in the national collection of journals held in the British Library. Members can request photocopies of articles, including those published outside OT specific journals. Library opening times and closures
The Library is open to members 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday
Our friendly and approachable team of information specialists is available to help when you visit, telephone or email the Library.

Visiting the library
We welcome visitors and enquiries from all members of the British Association of Occupational Therapists. Please bring your membership card when you visit the Library. Please help us by quoting your membership number in emails and phone calls.
Occupational therapists and OT students who are not members of BAOT/COT must join the BAOT before using the Library. The Membership Team can facilitate joining for prospective members visiting the COT.
Non-members who are not occupational therapists, but have an interest in occupational therapy, are welcome to visit the Library by appointment and on payment of a £10 access charge.
Library services for members with disabilities
The Library provides enhanced access to members with disabilities, including Jaws software to assist users with visual impairment.
